My wife and I were in a pinch and Peter came to the rescue. After a terrible windstorm we lost internet for a week -- difficult situation when we both work remotely. Peter was very accommodating and we worked out an agreement to rent a room for the week until our internet came back on. The room felt cozy and safe, we had 24-hour access, and the internet was blazing fast (300+ mbps).
All in all, a great experience and a comfort to know we always have a backup workspace we can count on.
